Herdade das Servas

In the Alentejo region, we have been proudly producing wine for over three and a half centuries. Producing more is not what interests us, it’s producing more authentic wines. We want our wines to evolve, reflecting their origin and we believe that soils with more life produce better quality grapes.

Our mission is to create a wine with quality, character and longevity that surprises even the most demanding palates. In our view, more than prizes and reviews, the greatest form of recognition is the positive word-of-mouth shared by our satisfied customers.
