Winning “Hell’s Kitchen” opened doors for Francisca Dias that she always wanted to see open: some of the most famous restaurants in the capital. After the 2021 show, she went to 100 Maneiras, hosted by the show’s host, Ljubomir Stanisic, where she began her second experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant — before that, she had been at Feitoria, in Belém.
After a short time, the frenetic pace of life took its toll and Francisca decided to change. With her wife, Tânia Semedo, she packed her bags and took refuge in the Alentejo countryside. Originally from Mação, in Beira Baixa, she felt she needed to return to an environment that was familiar to her, less urban and calmer. And now, it is there that she wants to continue her career as a chef, in her first solo project, Esteva, which has been operating since October 23 in Borba.
